Geared reel (500 meters)

To roll up and unroll wires easily and quickly, a wire dispenser for fencing wire is indispensable. Also for preserving the quality of your wires, it is wise to roll them up in winter and keep them dry. Up to 500m of Vidoflex, 200m of rope or 200m of tape can be wound on the reel.

Gear mechanism 3:1

With flexible fences, you often use a reel. With this reel, you wind a wire 3x faster compared to a reel without gear. The gear mechanism is heavy-duty and long-lasting. The long crank arm provides better leverage.

Insulated handle

The reel comes with an insulated handle, made of durable UV-resistant plastic. The design of the hook ensures that it does not slip off the wire. Also, the design ensures that the handle glides easily through the meadow, and does not get stuck in the (long) grass.

Reel guide and locking mechanism

The orange reel guide ensures that the wire can be wound as tightly and neatly as possible. In addition, this reel has a locking mechanism, also called a transport hook. Thus, the hook is secured and cannot slip out of the suspension bracket or fall off the quad.

Power connection

There is a metal attachment point on the outside of the drum. The clamp of a connection set can be attached to this, so that the power is passed on. Passing the current without a connection set? Then twist the wire around the hook of the reel and hang the reel on the (high tensile) wire. The disadvantage is that the wire cannot be clamped as well.

Brake on the drum

The brake is located on the outside of the drum and ensures that the reel is braked while unrolling. This is useful if you use, for example, the quad when unrolling the wire. Due to the speed of the quad, the reel spins hard. If you stop, the reel will continue spinning for a long time; the brake prevents this.

Materials and comfort

The frame is fully galvanised and has a heavy-duty drum that can take a beating. The large ergonomic handle provides a good grip and knuckle protection to protect your hands during winding and unwinding.
