Powerful energisers
The i Series energisers can be recognised by the 'i' at the end, such as the MBS2800i. These devices are smart because they constantly take measurements on the fence and determine how much voltage to give off based on these measurements. Is the device under extra load? Then it automatically turns up the gear. This enables the devices to maintain the voltage at a safe level over longer distances, even with a higher load.
The most powerful energiser in the i Series, the M5000i, can be used for fences up to 100 kilometres long. Because these devices are so powerful, in many cases they also deal with overgrowth against the wire. This burns away by itself.
Free App
With the free Gallagher Ag Devices app, you have insight into the condition of your fence anywhere, anytime. In the event of a malfunction, you automatically receive a notification on your smartphone. So you are always in control and ensure ultimate safety for your animals. In addition, the app allows you to easily switch the system on and off and change the device settings. To use your i Series energiser with the free app, you need the i Series accessory 'App gateway controller'.
Finding faults quickly
When you want to be able to take quick action when a malfunction occurs, you don't want the subsequent time-consuming task of locating the fault. For even more complete control, you can divide your fence into different zones and place a fence monitor at the beginning of them. This i Series accessory constantly measures voltage and amperes. When a fault occurs, you can immediately see which zone it is in.
When you reach the affected zone in the pasture, the i Series remote control with built-in fault finder allows you to quickly see in which direction you can find the fault. This saves you a lot of time and solves the unsafe situation as quickly as possible. When you hold the remote control against the wire, you can switch off the energiser at the press of a button. This allows you to fix the fault without the risk of getting a shock yourself.
